Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the use of RadarPoll, a platform of Time2Change BV.
1. Scope
RadarPoll supports surveys, polls and live quizzes. The organiser determines the purpose, content and access conditions of each session.
2. Proper use
Participants use RadarPoll only for the intended session, provide accurate information and do not attempt to disrupt its operation or security.
3. Answers and results
Participants are responsible for their answers. The organiser may open, change, reopen, close or end a session. Anonymous and aggregated results may be displayed publicly in the room or in presentation mode.
4. Availability
Time2Change aims for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Technical maintenance, internet connections or external circumstances may affect operation.
5. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the RadarPoll privacy policy. By taking part, you confirm that you have read that policy.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Time2Change is not liable for indirect loss, data loss or loss caused by improper use, external disruptions or organiser content.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall, to the extent permitted by law, under the competent courts of the district where Time2Change is established.
